K ennards Self Storage Browns Plains is situated at 2-4 Anzac Avenue Hillcrest Queensland. We are located adjacent to busy Mt Lindsay Highway. The KSS sign is visible to approximately 13,000 cars a day. The KSS banners are positioned along Anzac Avenue where they can be seen by pedestrians and motorists. Our rental area is 6,587sqm and we offer 593 storage spaces with 515 rented. Browns Plains is located near Hillcrest Business Park and the Greenbank RSL. Surrounding us are many car yards and behind us there is a large residential housing estate opening up opportunities for the future. Browns Plains is an outer suburb of Brisbane with a lower socio economic demographic so the units we sell are larger household lots at targeted rates compared to Brisbane city. We have six competitors within two kilometres in each direction.
