ADELAIDE CBD SA The new Kennards Self Storage in Adelaide CBD is aiming for a grand opening in early December 2023. Just on the fringe of the bustling commercial zone of Adelaide stands the old Australia Post sorting centre which KSS has re-purposed as a new self storage centre. The building is a seven storey solid goliath with 600 sqm of open carpark and loading areas most of which is undercover. The new centre will house the South Australian operations office and training room. The building has had its distinctive face brickwork panels painted in our Kennards Self Storage orange and blue branding in an interlock pattern to add to the Adelaide vibe. storage spaces and there’s another two floors plus a basement available for future expansion. The centre is serviced with two new additional lifts to compliment the two existing refurbished lifts and enjoys all the modern features of a self storage centre, with 24 hour access, security gates and fences, alarmed storage spaces, security cameras, and sensor lights to the passageways. This initial self storage phase occupies four floors of the building with over 1,100

and will be leased under a Commercial Lease arrangement.

CRAIGIEBURN VIC

A brand new KSS centre is now up and running and it embraced its first customer on 12th September.

ROXBURGH PARK VIC Located on the urban-rural edge of Melbourne, KSS Roxburgh Park will be another exciting new centre that is coming soon. Previously housing a Master Home Improvement Store and later a Home Co. Centre, the main building is more than 9,000 sqm with several retail shops situated at the front of the building. There is a spacious car park with hundreds of parking spaces where we are now working on the new commercial development for fast food and retail spaces. The development of this site will unfold in multiple stages, with our target being the completion of Stage 1 by the end of November, preceded by a soft opening late October. Located in the north of Melbourne, KSS Craigieburn consists of three two- storey structures and a single-storey building, which provides over 500 storage spaces including 16 Enterprise Spaces. Noteworthy features encompass our new showroom design, incorporating LED strips in the 'Size It room', a ‘secret door’ to the company store room, and timber-look battens adorning the ceiling. Being next to Bunnings and enjoying high visibility from the nearby freeways, this centre is in an enviable location to serve the surrounding suburbs. Future expansion opportunities can be foreseen for three additional storage buildings. Furthermore, the expansive vacant land adjacent to the centre is ready for the development of a cluster of retail outlets and fast-food establishments in the near future.
