10 QUESTIONS... With Jay Subramaniam - Centre Manager Huntingdale

I personally feel our customer service is the best in the business.

Tell us a bit about what you do in your spare time? I enjoy cooking and gardening. If the weather is good and I have spare time, I go for a long drive with my wife.

What are your favourite sports? I enjoy watching Cricket and Football.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years’ time? All I can say is with continued support, I hope to grow and still be a part of the KSS Team. To sum up KSS in one word would be? Exciting.

How long have you been part of the KSS team? I Joined KSS in August 2021, When I moved from Auckland to Melbourne. Have you always worked at Hunting- dale KSS? My Journey with KSS began as a TSM, progressing further I become the Centre Manager for Flemington in Oct 2021 and from there I moved to Huntingdale in Feb 2022. What did you do before joining KSS? I was running my own shoe repair and Engraving business in Auckland for almost 16yrs before moving to Melbourne.

What would you say is the best part of your job? Everyday at KSS is a new day, it’s not routine. I enjoy the different challenges that come my way and that's the best part of this job. What is the most valuable lesson you have learnt so far on your journey with KSS? I have learnt that you never stop learning. There is always so much more to learn and explore. And luckily for me the support I get from each and every one at KSS is amazing.

Name one thing that you think KSS does well at?
