WAIRAU SITE UPDATE
G ood progress has been made on site preparation to enable the building of our new Wairau Valley centre on the North Shore Auckland City. Even with all the wet weather that Auckland has been experiencing, this month has seen the completion of all necessary piling work for the building foundations, with some of these piles going to a depth of 30 metres.
Code Access to ensure sufficient lighting within the storage unit areas, without having to light up the entire building. This will reduce the operating costs and help the environment with reduced energy consumption. Stay tuned for further updates in the coming months as this building starts growing up and becomes a recognised icon in the Auckland storage market.
Enterprise Space units on the lower levels have catered for business storage or those with larger homes needing a lot of space. The regular size units on the upper levels will accommo- date everyone’s storage needs. At over 9,000 square metres of space, I would be surprised if this building was not able to assist anyone’s storage needs.
