“ W e started Momentum 2012 with a three and a half hour, 18.25km cliff top hike along the beautiful Kiama coastline. The gale force head wind really did get rid of any Achievement Dinner cobwebs! The next morning our facilitator, Gary Bertwistle, set an agenda that saw us recognise development opportunities for our business. Having established these, we spent the next couple of days formulating action plans to tackle these areas moving forward. We also looked at options to promote our business Brand and discussed the practical aspects of implementing these options. I look forward to seeing how these ideas develop over time and look forward to seeing their positive impact on our business.

This was the second time I had been fortunate enough to attend a Momentum conference. My first time was in 2008. That confer- ence opened my eyes to the fact our business really does value the input of all Team Members. The chance to attend Momentum 2012 once again solidified to me that KSS has a strong, proactive culture, that will see our business continue to grow and prosper. I would recommend that all team members apply to attend any future conferences.
