Chullora NSW - With Council Whilst the planning approval is wrapped up (over two Councils) the tenders are due in June. Mittagong NSW - CCG win tender After a successful Penrith expansion, CCG have now won the tender to build this final stage. Thomastown VIC - Tenders out in July As the planning application moves to an approval we will start tendering in July. Warrawong NSW - Tenders underway The environmental report has been signed off with tendering underway we are looking at a mid-2017 opening Petersham NSW - Ground slab finished The ground floor slab is poured and the first of the columns are underway. Waterloo NSW - Back on track With the crane approval in place the removal of the roof has recommenced. Hawthorn VIC - Roof removal has begun Whilst Council finalise our planning permit we have proceeded with the roof removal. Seaford Meadows S.A - July start The Builder has completed the engineering design in readiness for a July start. Murarrie QLD - Ready to commence in July Now the building works approval is in place we are gearing up for an on site start in July. St Marys NSW - Building slabs complete All the building slabs are complete, 50% of the driveways laid we now move onto the external walls.
