All funds raised from Vinnies’ Annual Appeals go directly towards providing emergency relief assistance to people in need within the community. The Christmas Hampers Appeal runs during Weeks 5 and 6 with the goal of collecting donations of vouchers, gifts, and food to provide assistance to individuals and families in need during Christmas, the New Year and back to school period. This year we are including collections for Hampers to go to families in need because of the recent bushfires, which will be distributed through SVDP. To make your donation, please present allocated items during homeroom to Captains, Lasallian Youth Leaders or Deans. The collection will close on Friday 15 th October.

St Bernadette’s Parish

The MS Sydney to Gong ride was run Sunday 3rd November 2013 from Sydney Park, St Peters to Stuart Park, North Wollongong a total of 90km’s. The event raised a total of $3,295,330.00 for MS. My wife Ashley and the Team from Newton Real Estate successfully raised over $11,000.00 for MS. Cory Blake, Moore Park Manager
