Positive Team Response for Skillbuilder 2011 On the 19th of September I conducted the first of the Skillbuilder sessions. It’s refreshing to be

discounting, it was agreed there were only short term benefits. However, when asked about the disadvantages, these were wide spread. They included, devaluing the brand, reduction of income, damage to the credibility of the industry, being put behind forecast, reduced KPI and profit share to name a few. Sessions on Storman and invoicing proved insightful. There is no doubt that Jeff has made life easier for all with his contributions to this session. The teams were so happy to have questions answered that they knew they could implement immediately and would make life easier, not only for them but also for our customers. positive. The “take away” for many was the fact we sell “above the line”. There was an understanding of how we can use their intelligence gathered to create a value perspective for our customers. One of the keys when completing documentation (CPA’S, Swot Analysis etc) is that it is not just a matter of filling in the squares. These are in fact important tools that provide Team Members development and education in the Point of Difference selling. Group discussions on Revenue Leakage was an excellent chance for all Team Members to share ideas on how they try to save the company money. The feedback received from Team Members highlighted that the Google session was received well, this theme would continue throughout the Skillbuilder sessions. The debrief gave an understanding of terms including Search Criteria, Relevance and Ranking. Team Members had a new found respect for the effort that has gone into developing the new web site and were positive with regard to the appearance and improvements. They were very enthusiastic regarding the new web site release. The Competitor Intelligence sessions were received with much enthusiasm.

Mt Eden The fitout of 87 new storage units and the construction of a new wine cellar is now complete. Prospect The two new buildings are now complete. The development will add 167 new units to this facility. Ultimo The team have now moved into their newly constructed office. The office is very unique through its integration of a contemporary design which captures the historical nature of the old wool store. A further 96 units have also now been const ructed. Prospect Expansion

Brisbane The construction of wine cellars to Milton, Newstead and West End are now complete. Taking the total number of Kennards Wine facilities to 13. Brookvale The fitout of 219 new units is now complete bringing Brookvale to a total of 1496 units. Browns Plains Design and Planning has now commenced for the construction of new Enterprise Spaces. Construction is expected to commence early February 2012.
