Customer Feedback “Really wonderful staff, especially John from Newcastle West. I have had three different size storage spaces and have had great help and support every time I needed to move.” “Staff at Flemington were excellent. Everyone I dealt with was always pleasant and well informed so they could always answer my queries. I was pleasantly surprised when staff told me I would get a refund of the unused time. Access was fantastic and the building set up certainly gave me confidence of the security of my storage. Great service and I would definitely recommend you, well done!” “Security was excellent and I felt safe leaving my belongings at Preston KSS. Staff service was great, friendly and knowledgeable. Tea and coffee was a nice touch and the toilet facilities were always clean along with the whole centre.”

_site name”; a number of Blog articles should appear in the listings. Have you seen the Blog lately? We are now passing in excess of 160 articles about all manner of things storage. It is these Blog articles that link back to KSS that I’m talking about. A lot of times we’ve spoken to industry experts that are amazed how highly Kennards Self Storage ranked with the old website. A large part of that success is due to the Blog. There is no end to what you can talk about on the Blog. Team members have been sending in articles so keep them coming! That’s why we can safely say in the past 3 years “It is the Blog that Saved Us!!!”

about a whole bunch of web related topics. One of the subjects I touched on was the Blog.

The way the old website was built makes it difficult for Google to read.

At a time before we decided to build the new website, one of the few ways for us to rectify this was to start Blogging. Why? Each Blog article presents to Google a whole bunch of new content, relevant to us and the subject matter, in a format that is easy for Google to read. The more relevant to Storage, Kennards and our customers that we make the articles, the better. As Google reads more about what we do the more it serves up our listings to future customer searches. You will see now, for specific search examples such as “Storage National Accounts” or if we search for “Kennards

Next time you get a chance, have a quick look and see for yourself.
