Petersham - Gets Council Approval After negotiating with the neighbouring School we have received development approval. The plan is to park this project until later this year. Penrith - To gain more space and Enterprise Space The groundworks are underway and the first of four building slabs should be poured by late April. This expansion will add new storage spaces, covered boat storage and 28 Enterprise Spaces. Warrawong and Mittagong - To be lodged Currently working through the Council approval process and hopefully can start construction on these by mid-2013. Belmont - Upgrade and expansion approaching completion Work on the front portion is well underway and due for completion in April. The second stage will commence straight away and the entire project is due to be completed by June 2013. 126 units will be added this time with more expansion planned next year (feature picture above). Flemington - Expansion nearly finished Work has picked up, the roof is 65% complete, all structure is complete and the fit out is underway. Revised completion is for May 2013. Frenchs Forest - Under way The conversion of this old four storey office building into a six storey self storage centre is well advanced. The new top floor slab is already poured and we expect the roof finished by mid April 2013. Macquarie Park - Commencing shortly CIC have won the tender to build both THQ and the self-storage centre. Demolition is underway with the storage portion looking to open end of August and THQ relocation to follow soon after.
