O n the 8th of March Team Members from Newcastle, Central Coast and Northern Sydney gathered together at the Art House in Wyong. It was a fantastic day broken into three sessions. Firstly we covered, “What am I allowed to do”, focusing on empowering the team to make decisions and dispelling some common Kennards myths as a group. After lunch, we covered goal-setting by showing what a good SMART Action plan looks like. Finally, we finished with a condensed “80% Blue” session, engaging the team in what our culture looks like and opportunities to improve. Days like this are a great opportunity to network with Team Members you may have never met, and even rekindle old working relationships!
