WELCOME TO CLEVELAND

W elcome to Cleveland! We are the Newest KSS centre in Queens- land with 553 units, spanning over 4,810 rentable square metres, with Mini Warehouses up to 50 square metres, RV, Caravan and Boat Storage. Cleveland is a suburb located in the Redland City region of Queensland, about 27 kilometres southeast of Brisbane, and is considered a part of the Greater Brisbane area. Situated on a peninsula that juts out into Moreton Bay, the suburb is surrounded by water on three sides, with Cleveland Bay on the west, the Raby Bay on the east and Moreton Bay on the south. This location offers residents the opportunity to enjoy

a variety of water activities such as swimming, boating, and fishing.

KSS Cleveland boasts everything that our KSS centres offer. Secured by CCTV surveillance with multiple cameras, PIN access in and out of the centre and perimeter fencing. 24 hour, 7 day a week access, a Meeting Room, Delivery Concierge Service, and a Box Shop. We are the first centre to have the new LED Size It Room, or as we call it our “Star Wars Size It Room". We are looking forward to our future expansion where we will see up to 1,000 more units added.
