Craigieburn VIC Earthworks are now complete and the slab is being formed. Finish March 2023 Cranbourne VIC Building A and B structural steel is complete and roofing has begun. Completion expected November 2022 (main picture above). Cleveland QLD Painting of the building has begun and final trades are being booked in. Expected completion August 2022 (pictured middle right). Adelaide CBD SA Demolition works continue, fit out contractor has been chosen. Finish December 2022. Moorebank NSW The ground floor slab is now complete and the columns for the next upper floor and the precast wall panels are underway. Completion will be January 2023 (pictured bottom right). Camperdown NSW After a lot of rain the bulk excavation is complete and the foundation piles have begun. February 2023 completion.

Waterloo NSW The refurbishment of the Wine Storage is complete, and the units are being rented (pictured top right). Baringa QLD Fit out is underway for building 3, roofing and cladding currently being completed and painting to commence. Building 4 structural steel to begin with driveways to follow. Finish October 2022. Box Hill NSW Earthworks and services location to continue on site. Expected completion December 2022. Hawthorn VIC The floor has been completed and fit out is beginning on site. September 2022 completion. Pymble NSW Patterson's Building Group have been engaged to complete the works and have commenced on-site. Finish February 2023.
