A t Kennards we continue to find ways to try and support the development of our Team Members, The Australian Government provides funding for those that qualify to complete a Certificate IV or a Diploma level qualification. We had 18 Team Members complete their qualifications this Financial Year, it is a fantastic effort when you consider they do this via distance learning and commit their own time to achieve their goals.
