New Sites And Expansions

Hawthorn

Macquarie Park - Set for completion end of May Construction continues on the new 5 storey complex, the roof and fit out has started. The project is set for completion end of May. Warrawong - Slow progress Whilst the gas problem looks to be solved we can now go back to tender with a late May start looking promising. Petersham - Progress underway Excavation has been completed and footings have commenced. Waterloo - Getting back on track The weather has really knocked this project around. Storms in February caused severe damage to the building, some customers goods were damaged and the construction schedule has had to be revised. The resources of the KSS Team rallied to limit the impact to the customers and the project is getting back on track. Hawthorn - Lodging Application for another floor Demolition and strip out is well underway, we are also lodging an amended Planning Application to add another floor. Seaford Meadows - Tender won for stage 1 Buildtec has won the tender to build Stage 1. Murarrie - Ready to start April We are just finishing off the engineering design with an April start onsite. St Marys - Strip out underway Apex Builders have won the project and site strip out and civil works are underway. Penrith - Fit out has commenced Construction is well underway, the roof and walls are completed and fit out has commenced.

Pymble - Fit out completed Fit out has been completed by CCG Builders. This work has added another 1,100 square metres to the complex and is filling at a reasonable pace. Chullora - Out to Tender Tenders have been called for this 9,000 square metre project, we are aiming to start the project mid this year. Mittagong - Site expansion Tenders have been called for the stage 2 expansion of our Mittagong site with construction due to start in May this year. Springvale - Site expansion with steady occupancy we will now look at building on the surplus land at the rear of the property Thomastown - Lodging Planning Application We have recently signed a Management Agreement to develop an older bulky goods centre into self storage. We will soon lodge a Planning Application and push out to Tender. Silverwater - Planning Approval required This is also a new Managed site that will require Planning Approval before we proceed with construction. Draft concepts are being prepared to expand our NSW centres at Castle Hill, Guildford, Hornsby, Bankstown, Homebush, Wollongong and Pymble.
