I've been using the storage since September 2018 and never had any trouble that the staff couldn't fix and they didn't take their time to get it done. Highly recommend using them! THREE KINGS NZ Very welcoming and helpful Team when I moved my storage into a unit. It was easy to start my rental during lockdown and I was impressed with the security. I definitely have peace of mind that I have my things stored at a good place. The process of hiring a storage shed couldn’t have been any easier or any more pleasant. Everything was explained perfectly and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend. CARINGBAH NSW Excellent Service here. I needed to downsize my storage unit as all of our furniture had been removed and I only had smaller household items to store now. Another unit was found on the same floor making the move very easy and convenient. It is always a pleasant experience at Caringbah. PARRAMATTA NSW Wasn't a storage customer but received some excellent service from Mina the Assistant Manager when we came late (after closing time) to pick up a Parcel- Point parcel. He kindly let us in and was very friendly, gave us our delivery without fuss. Even bothered him when he was about to leave in his car as we'd accidentally left our bag but of course he came out to let us in anyway!
