WHAT’S IN THE PIPELINE

Wairau Valley NZ : After a challenging start we have now completed the foundation stage. On Completion the centre will boast a six storey building comprising 856 storage units.

Pymble NSW : The latest expansion for this centre is open for business, adding an extra 126 spaces.

Wollongong NSW : KSS are building a new 6,500 square metre three storey building to the rear of the centre. Patterson Building Group have started on site with initial earthworks and pavement demolition. Due for completion in April 2020.

Truganina VIC : Regis Building are underway with earthworks for this new storage centre West of Melbourne. The entire development is for five self storage buildings. Stage one involves construction of the first two buildings, new office, customer car parking and outdoor storage parking. Due for completion in May 2020.
