KSS To Open In St Marys

‘ When fully developed the centre will have 750 spaces and an M.L.A. of 6,790 square metres centres catchment have been zoned for residential development. A Planning Application has Suburbs. The land is located at 61-73 Christie Road, St Marys, adjacent to the new emerging neighbourhood of Jordan Springs and Rodes Crossing. The property is owned by the Baudinet Family and will be their third storage centre to be managed by KSS. The area will be transformed in the years ahead. Roads and Maritime Services with Penrith Council have big plans to improve access and road networks in the area. It is expected that KSS St Marys will be on the corner of a new major intersection with new roads serving the new suburbs to the north. The new centre will be a mixture of two level and single level buildings. It will boast the usual KSS security features, access control and customer amenity features.

The new location serving this important market strengthens the KSS presence in the Sydney market. It is hopeful that construction will commence before Christmas with opening in middle of 2016. Sam Kennard Managing Director
