Skillbuilder Highlights

at the Panorama Centre followed by Thebarton. We then proceeded to Sydney for the sessions at THQ. The feedback and the participation of all Team Members has been of very high standard.

The sessions Include Demand Driven Asking Rates, understanding the theory behind the process and how using the correct language can work for Team Members. We review the New Website and the responsibilities and expectations of the Team. The KPI Report and Bonus Request Form and the Walk in Mystery Shopper round off the day. It’s great to see the teams enjoying the opportu- nity to catch up, there is certainly a buzz around THQ during training.
