40K Customers in 40 Years O ur goal from Momentum 12 is to achieve 40K customers by June 30, 2013. An appropriate number that coincides with our 40 year anniversary. Recently we surpassed 40,000 units rented. This result was achieved earlier than expected as a result of gaining the management responsibilities for two additional self storage properties at Cardiff and Mayfield, in the Newcastle area. Taking on the management of these two properties we acquired an additional 536 customers. These customers were inherited as a part of the management deal and therefore shouldn’t be included in our goal of 40,000 customers. We remain just 357 units shy of our goal and remain confident it will be achieved.
