Fireside Chat
Our new ‘Fireside Chat’ that we broadcast in March is our latest initiative to enable our vastly dispersed business to stay connected. As our business has grown, it is challenging to have our teams remain in touch with the leadership. I have always felt fond of my visits to the centres over the years. It helps me stay connected.
W e have combined the lessons of communication during the pandemic with the technology that became very mainstream. The concept also builds on the open Q&A sessions that I do with new Team Members during NET. The chats will be candid, authentic, and open. There is a lot happening in the business and we are mindful of keeping everyone informed as much as we can. Sometimes the formal
communications may be incomplete, so the chat can enable discussion on existing initiatives and plans. There were some great questions in our first Fireside, offering reflections on our history, lessons learned and the humble but courageous beginnings. It also revealed the curiosity about our growth and future plans.
