W e are currently working through an Onboarding System – Flare. This will operate for both Australia and NZ.

• NZ new recruits will be given access to Boost for Discount Benefits.

For existing employees:

What will Flare do for new recruits:

• Will be set up in Flare.

• It will digitise the onboarding recruit- ment process.

• Personnel files will be uploaded from the THQ cabinets and set up for Team Members to access.

• They will receive their contracts, Superannuation, Tax documents and banking details in electronic format and complete them online. • All documents will be saved in each employee’s Flare Documents Folder for their viewing. • They will see the FREEDOM video and other welcome videos as well as the three latest Kourier magazines. • Australian new recruits will land on Flare Discount Benefits once they have completed the onboarding process.

• Australian Team Members will be given access to the Benefits Program.

• NZ Team Members will be given access to the Boost Benefits Platform.

• Ongoing personnel details will be uploaded such as MDAPS, salary reviews, changes in position or contracts etc.

We expect the system to be up and running in the next few weeks.
