ADELAIDE RESIDENTIAL PRECINCT DEVELOPMENT PROJECT ADVANCES TO COUNCIL The residential development at Adelaide in Joint Venture with Gurner Group has progressed to lodging the Application with South Australia Department Of Planning.

T his final scheme is to develop the 11,000 sqm surplus land at our Adelaide CBD property. The applica- tion shows four new apartment buildings with 600 apartments and a 220 room hotel. The Precinct will also accommodate 8,800 sqm of commer - cial retail and wellness facilities. The Gurner Group have been running the design and application lodgement phase as part of their contribution to the partnership.

We expect approval by the end of the year, then proceed with marketing and pre-sales. The new KSS next door, opens in September and will benefit from the arrival of all these residences and businesses.

Construction works are expected to commence in 2024.
