GOULBURN NSW Work has commenced on the new KSS Goulburn in the Southern Tablelands of NSW about 90kms North of Canberra. Goulburn is a very historic regional city famed for its farming and grazing pursuits and is also the home of the Big Merino. The new centre will have over 600 units and a GFA over 9,000 sqm. The development will comprise of four self storage buildings in a mixture of one and two storey designs, large open driveway areas, and incorporate the new office design. Additional to the self storage use there is also four large format commercial units for business tenants. Apex Building is the contractor for this development and has commenced the bulk earthworks and the drainage on-site with a completion date of early 2024. MOOREBANK NSW Constructed by Patterson Building Group, a consistent typical KSS design is applied to this new centre, while the application of a pivot door, as well as the trafficable tile pavement in the car park, contributes to a fresh new look. This 7-storey, purpose-built self storage centre is due for completion at the end of this month. Once open, it will fill the gap between KSS Bankstown and KSS Hoxton Park with its 1,000+ spaces. Building works continue on site, and we are expecting the project to complete in August 2023. Building A fit-out is almost complete; building B and building C slabs are done, and tilt-up wall panels are underway; building D structural steel and roofing are complete, external cladding is underway, and mezzanine floors commence soon; building E and F wall panels have been tilted up; meanwhile external works and pavement have started.
